Explore the rough terrain of the Sonoran Desert on this exciting and informational off-road excursion with Pink Jeep Sedona! Buckle up and hold on tight as your Certified Interpretive Guide skillfully navigates through the grand arroyos of Diamondback Gulch and a rocky desert landscape. Stop at various locations where you can take in the captivating scenery and snap those photos to capture lifetime memories. Learn about the geological forces that had a hand in creating the rock formations and towering canyons that surround you.
After arriving in Coconino National Forest, your guide will take you to the Greasy Spoon trail, a remote area that was a section of the original wagon route between Sedona and Prescott, Arizona. This century-old trail dates back to a time before Arizona was a state. Catch glimpses of a colorful past when the cliffs, canyons and forests were wild, uncharted territory and 50,000 Texas longhorn cattle roamed the land.
Continue on to Sidewinder Trail, where the rocky terrain falls into Diamondback Gulch—a deep ravine that slices through the land. Hold on while your guide expertly navigates the steep descent into the chasm before climbing out again. Expansive views greet you on the other side; the fiery red-rock trail contrasts the cool green of the native landscape and the brilliant blue sky.
